Basic Information

  • Regardless of your choice, hourly or bundle, the duration is calculated from when we agreed and started the session.

    If I am late to the session, we will extend the session for that much duration, or you can ask for a refund for the amount equal to the time I am late.

    The time is calculated based on my hourly charge if you want to extend your session.

  • Booking for single sessions:

    • 25% prepayment is required to secure the date.

    • You must pay the remaining amount as soon as the photo shoot ends.

    • Prepayment and the remaining amount are paid only against the invoice. No payments are requested before the invoice is received, read, and accepted.

    — Accepted payment methods:

    The payment method will be mentioned in the contract and the invoice.

    • Cash. Currencies accepted are HUF, EUR, and USD.

    • Wire Transfer: Transfer is possible in HUF, EUR, or USD; however, in the case of EUR or USD transfers, You should complete it seven days before the photoshoot day. You can make HUF payments on the day of the photoshoot.

    • Revolut: Any currency is accepted. My link is https://revolut.me/ihsanunuvar.

    • Bank card: I have a mobile card reader to charge bank cards securely.

    • Online secure payment: This is an online form of bank card payment. I can send you a secure link (SumUp) where you will enter your card details to complete the payment.

    1. In case the Customer cancels a photo shoot, although the Photographer suggests an alternative option (date, location, time,, etc.), the prepayment can’t be refunded.

    2. Regardless of the reason for cancelation, the Customer must also pay 30 EUR for each booked studio session if studios are booked.

    3. Suppose the Customer wants to keep the photoshoot shorter without reason connected to Photographer. In that case, the total amount of the session must be paid.

    4. If the Customer cancels the session 72 hours before the start of the session, they must pay 50% of the total agreed amount.

    5. Cancelations due to COVID-19, loss of a family member, accidents, or natural disaster, if Photographer can’t find a suitable time next six months, then the prepayment is returned.

    6. If multiple photoshoots are booked, the Customer can withdraw before the end of the activity. In this case, everything that is paid to date will be kept by the Photographer. It is valid for Bundles as well.

    7. If the Customer doesn’t want to continue with the sessions, they must tell the Photographer why. The Photographer is responsible for offering a solution. If that fails, the Photographer will accept the cancelation, and future payments won’t be charged. If charged, the funds will be returned. The prepayment and studio booking fees can’t be refunded in any scenario.

    8. If Photographer can’t perform the photoshoot activity for any reason except COVID-19, loss of a family member, accident,, or a natural disaster, the full payment, including prepayment, will be refunded. However, Photographer can recommend another Photographer who can perform the work to the same level. In this case, contract terms continue if the Customer accepts the suggested Photographer.

    For the bundles, the ideal time for booking is six months.
