ADD A CORPORATE LOOK WITH CORPORATE PHOTOGRAPHY

BUSINESS PHOTOGRAPHY & HEADSHOTS IN BUDAPEST

Helps creating impressive LinkedIn Pages

Encouraging employees to use their professional photos on LinkedIn will help the company achieve that consistency too.

While I don’t necessarily advise forcing everyone to update their LinkedIn profile shots with their official company photo, hopefully they will be doing this of their own accord as it makes them look professional.

The "Meet the Team” Page

This is the page where prospective clients get a real feel for the vibe of the company. For these photos, the choice of dress code, background, lighting and expression come together to convey the company’s values and put the right message across.

Relaxed or formal, edgy or traditional, consistency is key. Although the headshots don’t need to all look exactly the same, it’s important that they have a similar feel and are “on brand”.

Guest Speaker Opportunity

A good headshot may be required for a speaker opportunity at a conference, an award ceremony, an article, or a guest blog.

In this environment, a good photo can be a confidence boost, just like a bad photo can make the employee feel like they would rather hide. No photo at all could be an option but is also likely to make the contributor’s identity less memorable.

Team Bonding

A headshot day at the office always creates a bit of a buzz, and I love that! Breaking the normal office routine, it can be a bonding experience for employees, as those who work remotely will often come in especially and have a catch-up.

Posing together for group photos and action shots can also be a fun experience and create lasting memories.

Social Media

Photos of staff on social media will often get more engagement than stock images, these can be used to create an employee spotlight, or to celebrate staff milestones like employment anniversaries.

Action shots work particularly well for this to show how staff members interact with each other and with clients.

Staff Headshots for Internal Communications

With more and more people working remotely, it might become increasingly difficult for staff to put a face to a name when working with new colleagues.

Associating faces with names is an important aspect of internal communication and can help avoid awkwardness when people do meet up in person.

Sense of Pride and Value

Last but not least, a good headshot can be a real treat and give an employee a real sense of pride and belonging. A company investing in professional headshots for their staff undoubtedly makes them feel more valued.

Environmental portraits are particularly great for this, capturing people at work and showing their expertise.

Frequently Asked Questions about corporate photoshoots

  • welcoming the employee, explaining the process, and capturing a variety of styles and poses. Keep in mind that the time required may vary depending on the individual; some may take less time, while others may need more.

On average, I can photograph 6–7 employee portraits per hour. For example, if you have 25–30 employees, it would typically take around 3–4 hours.

You can also book a full-day session (up to 8 hours), during which I can capture approximately 50–55 portraits.

These are general estimates, and actual timing may vary based on factors such as employee preparation, lunch breaks, delays, or meetings.

  • I will send you a sheet template with time slots. Please ask everyone to be ready at the photoshoot venue a few minutes before their scheduled time. I also recommend designating one person to manage the schedule and contact employees if they are running late.

  • Companies often use social media to showcase their work environment and highlight employee satisfaction—this is a popular and effective approach.

During an office-style photoshoot, I will walk around your workspace to capture natural moments of your staff at work. To ensure the best results, I may invite employees to specific spots—such as the kitchen, garden, or well-lit areas of the office—to capture them enjoying a professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

  • The first step in editing is adjusting the color and light to create a consistent style for all photos. After that, I apply basic skin retouching. Please note that I do not manipulate backgrounds or apply heavy retouching.

  • You will receive edited photos in a web-gallery link. In this link you can download single photos or do a bulk download. There is also a flagging option if you need revision for some photos. When you flag them I see them in my software so there is no need. for back and forth file name or number sending. I keep the photos in the web gallery for one year so you can visit and download anytime/multiple times. Delivery duration of photos depend on my workload, usually between 2-4 weeks. The delivered photos come in full size and quality without any watermark.

  • I need a room that is around 30-50 m2, with a length of 6-8 meters. The room should have multiple plugs for all my flashes and setup.

I also request you to fill the attendance sheet a day before the photoshoot so I have the full breakdown of employees and start/end times.

Employees should come with appropriate outfit. I suggest button-ups for everyone depending on the company culture. If your company has a uniform style please inform me.

  • 20% advance payment with an advance payment request form

80% can be paid when the photos are ready. You will receive an invoice for prepayment + balance amount.

Please let me know if your company has different payment terms, we will discuss about it.

  • For hourly sessions 3-4 weeks in advance, for full day booking min 6 weeks is suggested.
